Delivery is free for all of our customers!
2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
2-5 days. We take optimum care of our hand-crafted pieces, we need to ship our items with exceptional attention. We want the items to reach you in perfect conditions.
3. What happens if I receive a damaged or a faulty product?
We will have the item replaced with a new item. We will bare all of the return and shipping costs.
4. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.

5. Can I schedule a specific delivery date?
Yes, for orders inside the UAE you can request a preferred delivery day. While we cannot guarantee an exact time slot, our delivery partner will contact you before arrival.
