1. Do you accept returns?

We accept returns only in specific cases. Since our dhow models are fragile and handcrafted, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order
  3. Provide your order number and photos

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution.

No. We do not accept returns for change of mind, preference changes, or if the product does not fit the buyer’s intended space. All sales are final unless there is a damage issue.

Refunds are offered only if:

  • The item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced
  • The order is lost by the courier and cannot be recovered

If the item is eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the original payment method.

Exchanges are available only when:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival, and
  • We have a replacement available in stock

For undamaged items, exchanges are not offered.

You must report any damage or issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Claims made after this period may not qualify due to courier policies.

If the item arrives damaged and a return is required, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the item is returned for reasons not covered by our policy, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

In the rare case that you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact us immediately
  2. Provide photos and your order number

We will arrange a replacement and cover all related shipping costs.
